SERVICE POLICY

 

By booking a service with Slayed Hair Artistry, you agree to have read and agreed with our terms, policies, and agreements. All policies may be updated or changed at any time. 

 

We at Slayed Hair Artistry aim for your complete satisfaction. This policy has been established to reflect our values.  It is our commitment to excellence that is fortified within our code of ethics, and the following should be upheld by employees, contractors, or others working on behalf of Slayed Hair Artistry.

 

DEPOSITS

​

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are transferable for up to 30 days. If you are unable to appear at your appointment feel free to reach out to us a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Contact us at info@slayedhairartistry for additional assistance.

 

LATE APPOINTMENTS

​

Appointments will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited for tardiness exceeding 15 minutes. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

 

FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS

 

Our goal is to exceed your expectations at all times. We welcome your feedback regarding your experience.

 

While we take proper precautions to ensure we provide exceptional service with urgency and high standards, we acknowledge that complaints may occur. In the event, you are unsatisfied with your service please reach out to us in a timely manner. All claims will be investigated and addressed to improve our standards of service. Please submit a detailed summary of your encounter with us by emailing us at info@slayedhairartistry.com and we will reach out to you within 24 hours.

For your safety and ours, Slayed Hair Artistry fully complies with applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Care and precaution must be taken by employees, contractors, and or other members acting on behalf of our company.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

 

For the safety of all users, all hair should be washed thoroughly before use. Debris, loose materials, and/or dead lice eggs are rare but may be present. 

 

For especially sensitive scalps, wefted extension methods may not be suitable. Consult a licensed professional before use. Please be advised, Slayed Hair Artistry cannot be held responsible for adverse effects i.e scalp irritation, itchiness, hair loss, or other common conditions due to extension wear. 

 

HAIR CONSISTENCY

Due to the nature of our products, textures may vary in color, texture, luster, and curl pattern. Hair 26 inches or more may lack fullness at the tips. For a fuller look, purchasing additional bundles is recommended.
